So what do you do when you are creative director in one of the most prestigious barbershops in London? Well I kept reaching until I was working at the top of the hair industry at an entirely different level. You see when I started in this industry barbers where not seen as session stylists but I wanted to break the mold I want to prove to myself that I can shape a career completely unique to what is expected of a barber and inspire the next generation of Master Craftsman. When I started barbering 25 years ago all of my hair heroes were hairdressers. Hairdressers travel the world worked in fashion it was real sexy to be a hairdresser and not so much to be a barber. A perception I wanted to change. You see there was no one in the barbering industry at the time pushing the boundaries. I wanted to be apart of that change to live and breath its evolution.
